My name is Tarandeep Kaur and I am the HR & Recruitment Coordinator at Mozilla Foundation. I recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. Born in India, lived for 18 years in Italy and 4 years in the United Kingdom, has allowed me to broaden my cultural horizons and understand cross-cultural differences.

A glimpse into my experiences
I am a Business Management graduate student from Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU). Creative, self-motivated, and curious person with a demonstrated design aptitude and a strong interest in providing business solutions. As a GCU Student Ambassador, I have helped with advertising, organising and delivering on-campus events, such as Freshers’ week and graduate fairs. In addition to this, my intercultural competencies have helped me to secure an international year-long placement at Northeastern University in the USA, where I enhanced my Career Guidance and Communications skills.
I enhanced my Graphic Design and Digital Marketing skills by drafting social media content and blog posts on a freelance basis: this activity allowed me to understand how to run my little, but own business. My past work encompasses a range of experiences from designing marketing strategies targeted for each project and my design skills allow me to deliver strategic presentations for my clients.
​As a business-oriented student, I am passionate about innovative marketing strategies, specifically in international and large corporations.
