Northeastern University (NU or NEU) is a private research university with its main campus in Boston. Established in 1898, the university offers undergraduate and graduate programs on its main campus in Boston as well as 7 satellite campuses in the USA, Canada and the UK. It is well known for the unique co-op/internship program offered to its students in collaboration with global programs. The University is ranked #1 in the whole USA for the co-op program offered.

I completed a year-long placement at Northeastern University from June 2020 to July 2021 but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I worked remotely as only essential travel was permitted. I worked as the Global Co-op Ambassador with the Global Employer Relations team, under the Employer Engagement and Career Design department.
Social Media Content
I designed social media content for the @nuglobalcoop Instagram page through Canva. I advertised events, student testimonials and employer programs through newsletters, email campaigns, online events and social media channels.
Diversity & Inclusion
I collaborated with the International Enrolment and Advancement team at Northeastern University for the Africa Global Initiative, which consists in providing 4 fully-funded scholarships to underprivileged students from 7 countries in Africa.

I supported the Project Manager to draft visual content to advertise the project and presenting it to senior leadership. Frequent newsletters and flyers were delivered. I purposed website updates to the project dedicated website.

I also collaborated with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee to draft the 2021 Diversity and Inclusion booklet to raise awareness on campus through virtual resources about the topic. The booklet is available here.

I drafted and purposed website updates which were accepted and delivered.
Video testimonials
I designed two video testimonials from clips sent by students on global internships and advertised them on the Instagram page @nuglobalcoop. Their stories have been shared in the prestigious News@Northeastern virtual news.
